Message	accelerating, especially in 1st gear launching. If you do not let the peddle out quickly and you are revving high with the peddle partially let out, the surfaces will rub together and it will heat quickly. Then you may rick welding it together or just wear it out quicker. Think of it like using your brakes. You wouldn't want to just ride the brakes all the time. Wear, heat, warp, fail.
